Magelang – President RI Joko Widodo and Minister of Defense RI Prabowo Subianto had lunch together at Bakso and Mie Ayam Pak Sholeh’s kiosk in Bandongan, Magelang Regency, Central Java, on Monday (1/29/2024).
Both of them appeared friendly chatting while enjoying a lunch of meatball soup and young coconut ice.
This lunch was held after the inauguration of the Main Building at the Military Academy in Magelang, Central Java.
“Well, earlier, just now, me and Mr. Prabowo inaugurated the Main Building at the Military Academy in Magelang, and after that, ate meatball soup, that’s it,” said Jokowi at the location.
Prabowo and Jokowi admitted that there was no specific discussion other than talking about the delicious taste of the Bandongan meatball soup, as well as the young coconut ice and fried tofu.
“Talking about meatball soup, young coconut, fried tofu, that’s all,” Jokowi continued.
Prabowo also praised Jokowi for his expertise in choosing delicious eating places that are suitable for the palate and can be enjoyed after carrying out official visits.
“Mr. Jokowi knows where the good food is, he knows everywhere,” said Prabowo.
