Sugiono, who recently took on the role of Secretary-General of the Great Indonesia Movement Party (Gerindra) for the 2025–2030 term, has conveyed his gratitude to his predecessor, Ahmad Muzani, who served in the position for 17 years. During an event at Garuda Yaksa Padepokan, Sugiono expressed the party’s deepest appreciation to Ahmad Muzani for his significant contributions and leadership that played a pivotal role in guiding Prabowo Subianto to the presidency. He credited Muzani for his dedication and responsibility in establishing and strengthening the Gerindra Party. Sugiono also acknowledged Prof. Dr. Sufmi Dasco Ahmad for his role in the party’s growth. He further thanked all party members for their support and highlighted the importance of unity and internal solidarity among cadres to uphold the government’s programs under President Prabowo Subianto. The newly announced Gerindra Central Executive Board (DPP) for the 2025–2030 period includes Prabowo Subianto as Chairman, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad as Executive Chairman, Sugiono as Secretary-General, and Satrio Dimas Adityo as Treasurer-General. Now is the time, Sugiono urged, to rally together in support of President Prabowo’s leadership in advancing a just, prosperous Indonesia, and a society focused on well-being.
